Horde should not be on this list. I recently refunded it because it has some bugs that causes some things to not work at all. I use Procedural Crowds instead... and its cheaper and you get more.

If you want a crowd simulator then don't use Horde. Use procedural crowd generator. It does everything that horde does (whith pretty much the exact same controls) but it also has a few extra different trypes of crowd sim. It also lets you select a single character and do something different with them. And most importantly, it lets you import your own characters a lot easier in procedural crowds than in horde. Its possible in both, but easier in PCS.

A good tutorial. You can add some audio to say what you are doing. You can use one of those Text To Speech software. And just type what you want to say into it. I think you would get a lot of views. This is what 5 minuites Blender dose and he has some good tutorial.
